• Test schedules and booking history

Note: We process Vehicle Data strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of your organization (the Data Controller). We do not claim ownership of your proprietary R&D data.

1. Service Provision: To enable vehicle allocation, conflict resolution, and schedule management.
2. AI Features (Oscar): To power our "Oscar" optimization engine. Vehicle data is processed to provide allocation suggestions. We do not use your proprietary R&D data to train public models or share it with other clients.
3. Security & Support: To detect unauthorized access and provide customer support.
4. Communication: To send system alerts (e.g., "Vehicle Breakdown" notifications) and administrative updates.

4. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (Subprocessors) solely to power our infrastructure, such as:
